Most everyone thinks of miles and miles of beaches dotted with palm trees when they think of Florida. However, in the rural areas of our state, we have acres and acres of farmland and protected natural forests, rivers and lakes.

Hernando County is considered a part of the Nature Coast. Our coastline is protected from development and is mostly marshland and forested.

Brooksville is located at the heart of Hernando County. It is a small town, a close community of neighbors and friends. Most buyers that relocate to the Brooksville area are interested in one of the many horse farms we have to sell. We have enormous state forested areas in our county, a horse lover's paradise. Many buyers search for land tracks, from mainly one to ten acres, with or without homes. These tracks provide seclusion and privacy that so many buyers desire when moving from a crowded city.

We also have several nice deed restricted neighborhoods and golf club communities, such as the Brooksville Golf and Country Club, Candlelight, Hernando Oaks, Southern Hills and Silverthorn.

As a real estate professional, I am committed to providing my clients excellent customer service. Operating as a full-time agent, I am always available to assist you and respond quickly to your needs. Integrity and honesty is a quality I find imperative for all real estate agents. Born and raised Brooksville, FL, I have extensive community knowledge and considerable market expertise. I graduated from the University of Florida in 1985 with a degree in Finance. Working at SunTrust Bank for many years provided valuable experience in lending and analyzing commercial real estate investments. My qualifications and experience of 30+ years of combined experience in commercial real estate lending, real estate sales, development and property management are valuable assets to buyers and sellers. Working through Robert A. Buckner and Associates for the past 13 years has enabled me to be a multi-million dollar sales producer in real estate.

When not selling real estate, I am a lover of hiking in the local state forests and kayaking in the rivers or the gulf.
